No regulator role
CallMePower is an editorial site, not a utility, an energy retailer or an energy regulator. For binding decisions (service connection, complaints, low-income or affordability programs), the official source is your provincial regulator (such as the Alberta Utilities Commission, the BC Utilities Commission, the Ontario Energy Board or the Régie de l'énergie du Québec) or your local utility.
Errors & corrections
We update prices and supplier facts on a rolling basis. If you spot an out-of-date figure or a broken link, send the URL to [email protected] and the editorial desk will look into it.
