Activate Your FortisAlberta Account
If you are in the FortisAlberta service territory, your regulated electricity supply rate will be provided by EPCOR. If you are moving to the FortisAlberta service area you will therefore need to contact EPCOR at 310-4300 to start your electricity service. EPCOR will ask for the following information to open your account:
- Your exact address (apt. no., street no., street name, city/town, postal code)
- Your name
- The date of required service
